Why Silverstone Remains F1®’s Ultimate Race

Why Silverstone Remains F1 ® ’s Ultimate Race There are glamorous street circuits, and there are ultra-modern desert oasis race tracks, but nothing on the global calendar matches the raw, unadulterated soul of the  British Grand Prix ,  even though I tell Seante Grand Prix clients that it's jeans, raincoats, and walking boots. Silverstone isn’t just another race weekend; it is the spiritual home of Formula 1® , hosting the sport's very first World Championship race back in 1950. At Senate Grand Prix , our trackside teams know that conquering this former wartime airfield requires something far beyond standard mechanical grip. It requires pure, unyielding courage. The Ultimate Aero Gauntlet What makes Silverstone the definitive favourite for drivers and fans alike is its blistering, high-speed layout. The Trinity: Copse, Maggots, and Becketts form the most iconic sequence of corners in motorsport. Drivers tackle these sweeps at over 180mph, pulling up to 5g of later...

Ferrari Unveils Ardennes Spa Upgrades!

As the Formula 1® touches down in the iconic Ardennes forest for the Belgian Grand Prix, all eyes in the paddock – and among the Tifosi – are firmly fixed on Ferrari.

The introduction of a new floor in Austria has seen the Scuderia introduce another significant new component to Spa-Francorchamps. This eagerly anticipated upgrade, reportedly tested during a filming session at Mugello earlier this week, has everyone buzzing.

During Thursday's media day in Belgium, both Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc shared their initial impressions of how the car felt with the new rear suspension.

When asked how different the car felt during those laps, a rather deadpan Lewis Hamilton responded: The same as before. Pushed further on whether the weekend ahead might be where the team truly discovers what the car is capable of, the seven-time World Champion was pragmatic:No. Firstly, we’ll get to test the suspension tomorrow, and I’m sure there’s going to be learning from it.” He emphasised that simulator data showed no immediate difference, but real-world testing on different circuits might reveal benefits.

Hamilton also highlighted that Ferrari tends to bring "big chunks" of upgrades less frequently than some rivals, and he was simply "grateful to see that we’ve got new parts." Charles Leclerc echoed a similar, cautious sentiment, again stating that the midweek lapse was not a test and a media day showcasing Ferrari as an F1® Team.

He admitted that the return of the Sprint format this weekend means there will be less time to adjust to the upgrade, posing an immediate challenge, stating that the upgrade was "in development and in the programme to put it here since a long time, so I’m happy that we are putting it as soon as possible, which I hope will give us a step forward.

The Tifosi will be watching with bated breath, hoping that this latest piece of the puzzle can unlock the true potential of the SF-25 and propel Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc closer to the top step of the podium. The pursuit of glory in the Ardennes begins tomorrow!

And as always, when the lights go out and the drama unfolds, here at Senate Grand Prix, there is only one winner, and that's you, the race fans!
