Why Silverstone Remains F1®’s Ultimate Race

Why Silverstone Remains F1 ® ’s Ultimate Race There are glamorous street circuits, and there are ultra-modern desert oasis race tracks, but nothing on the global calendar matches the raw, unadulterated soul of the  British Grand Prix ,  even though I tell Seante Grand Prix clients that it's jeans, raincoats, and walking boots. Silverstone isn’t just another race weekend; it is the spiritual home of Formula 1® , hosting the sport's very first World Championship race back in 1950. At Senate Grand Prix , our trackside teams know that conquering this former wartime airfield requires something far beyond standard mechanical grip. It requires pure, unyielding courage. The Ultimate Aero Gauntlet What makes Silverstone the definitive favourite for drivers and fans alike is its blistering, high-speed layout. The Trinity: Copse, Maggots, and Becketts form the most iconic sequence of corners in motorsport. Drivers tackle these sweeps at over 180mph, pulling up to 5g of later...

Yuki Tsunoda to Drive for F1® Redbull

I woke up this morning to the potential news that Liam Lawson has been dropped by Red Bull Racing, and Japanese driver Yuki Tsunoda has been promoted to the main Red Bull Formula One team.

While It’s exciting news, I want to take a moment to focus on what this means—not just for Yuki, but for the Suzuka Grand Prix and the passionate fans in Japan.

Japanese fans are famously enthusiastic, sometimes even described as a little crazy in the best possible way. Now, with one of their own finally in a podium-winning car, the atmosphere at Suzuka is sure to be electric. This is a huge moment—not just for Yuki Tsunoda, but for the sport itself.

Of course, my heart goes out to Liam Lawson. Red Bull may have acted a little too quickly in their decision. That said, I also believe Liam still has a real chance to prove himself with another F1® team at Racing Bulls. But for now, the spotlight is on Yuki—and the big question is: how will he fare in a car that Lawson seemed to struggle with?

These are fascinating times in Formula One.

The FIA is cracking down harder than ever on teams bending, stretching, or creatively interpreting the rules.

The Constructors' Championship is becoming closer than we’ve seen in years. As Helmut Marko pointed out, the points lost with Lawson could prove costly, and it’s clear Red Bull is putting everything into securing the Constructors’ title.

As we gear up for the twists and turns of the Suzuka Grand Prix, one thing’s for sure: Formula One® never ceases to surprise us all at Senate HQ.

Congratulations to Yuki Tsunoda from everyone at Seante Grand Prix—let’s see what he can do.
